Single Button Remote

David Tietz

Hello,

I have a single button remote. It is a Disney magic wand with an IR transmitter on it. It is used to interact with things in the park. I want it to automate my house.

However using irrecord I have not had any luck. Below is the config file that it generated. It seems successful but when it never actually recognizes it when I push the button.

Thanks for the help,

Dave

Many things that can go wrong. With the amount of detail your are
giving, we can only guess. The most likely guess is probably that the
thing sends different signals for different presses.

Does it have anything to do with "Glow with the show"? Is the thread
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=14541 relevant?
